County building in the center. A view to the north taken approximately where Green Key Road meets the Cotee River. The home on the hairpin turn on the lower right (east side of the Cotee River) of the photograph, was that of Perry Kippur, a Research Executive for Uniroyal Rubber. He was from CT. The home was built in 1946. The street that dead ends to the house is Richey Drive, just shy of its intersection with of the beginning of Indiana Avenue. This photo shows the Gulf to the west (left) and Port Richey to the north, Millers Bayou and Old Post Road on the top right. Walden Pond, Richey Plaza, and Jasmine Terrace are visible.
