The home on the hairpin turn on the lower right (east side of the Cotee River) of the photograph, was that of Perry Kippur, a Research Executive for Uniroyal Rubber. He was from CT. The home was built in 1946. The street that dead ends to the house is Richey Drive, just shy of its intersection with of the beginning of Indiana Avenue.
