| Residence of Emil Nyman. This is his third house, located on what is now Grand Boulevard, and built about 1915 or 1916. He lived here after he lived in his farm house. This photo appeared in the Port Richey Press on Dec. 25, 1919, with the caption “Residence of Mr. Emil Nyman on the Dixie Highway facing the river.” A copy of this house, built about 1922 for C. L. Muller, can be seen here and a modern picture of this home is here. Photo courtesy of Reynald C. Feldt Jr. |
