| Alatha Frances Jane Hope (1854-1894). She married Henry Robert Nicks on June 19, 1873. The memorandum of agreement for this painting, dated 1912, shows the order by H. R. Nicks of Pasco County, Florida, for two finely oil finished portraits 16 x 20 from James C. Bailey & Co. of Chicago.
