This letter signed by Paul Whiteman was reproduced in the New Port Richey Press of Jan. 22, 1926, with the following caption: “Self-explanatory is the facsimile of a letter written by Paul Whiteman to the F. I. Grey Realty Co., in which the noted master of modern syncopation reserves a lot at Bay Shores Estates, the exclusive suburban development where Irving Berlin, Sam H. Harris, Ernest Truex, Joseph Santley, and Earl Benham are among luminaries of the theatrical world who have purchased homesites.” Return to picture index
