Boyce, who built such subdivisions as Colonial Hills, Spring Lake Estates, Tanglewood East, Tanglewood Terrace, Gulf Highlands, Sand Pebble Condominiums, Tanglewood Mobile Home Park, Bear Creek, Oak Ridge Subdivision, and many other houses in other subdivisions such as Gulf Harbors; B. E. Boyce, who lived to be 100 years old was a developer/builder here as well as in Ohio and California.
