The large dark building housed a grocery store and the post office. It was later the Rialto Hotel (Havens Building) and the Chasco Inn building. According to John W. Parkes, this photo is from 1914 and the car in the foreground is a Model T touring car. However, the name New Port Richey, which appears on the card, originated in 1915, and the card seems to be from about 1920. |
