| Water Carnival on the Cotee River, New Port Richey, Thanksgiving Day, 1921. Twenty-three motor-boats competed in one race and six in another. Over 1,000 spectators witnessed the events from the water front in Enchantment Park. Another water carnival will be held in February under the auspices of the Cotee River Boat Club, which now has over sixty members.
